While the proximity to the tram station enhances convenience, guests should be mindful of the slightly longer walk back after a day of exploration. The apartment's layout allows for a snug separation between the living area and the bedroom, creating a more relaxed atmosphere. Cleanliness and maintenance are evidently prioritized, contributing to a pleasant stay. Secure parking is an advantage for those traveling by car. Das Falk presents itself as a practical choice, combining necessary comfort with a manageable price point, making it suitable for adventurers like myself as well as those needing a functional base.
